ok so i wrote the automatic cat litter box tech support telling them that it doesnt scoop well because it seems to not have a long enough of a rake etc.. i get a letter back pretty much asking my if
1) i had it turned on..
2) is the waste receptical even attached..
3) is the rake attached?
do they think im like two? *head to desk* i swear the last couple of times i have wrote anyone about problems with their sites or products i have gotten people like this.. last time was about an inbox on a site and the person wanted me to literally "walk them through" the process.. so i put
hit inbox-looked at inbox-clicked on message-message opened-hit the reply-get error message-hit the back button.. REPEAT.. my answer??
"we dont understand your problem. you must be doing it wrong"
am i the only one blessed with finding these people? do you have any funny stories about tech support totally not understanding you??

I really hate the way people will patronize their customers, just to keep from thinking that the company is wrong, always wanting to blame the customer. I think it really stinks. Right now my hsuband and I are going through this with the cable company, because they are overcharing us for bandwidth which we are not even using.
