how do you deal with everyday stress?

i get stressed sometimes. its something that nobody can't avoid, i mean, even babies get stressed. life right now is spinning at a pace that can most of the times be stressful. everybody has their moments of ups and downs; what differs is how individuals react to increasing levels of stress. right now, I'm on the verge of being on that state of mind (yes, stress is just a state of mind, something that, in my opinion, can be controlled). i know tend to get cranky when stressed, so as much as possible, i deal with this on my own, so as not to accidentally hurt the feelings of others around me. now what else do i do when i get to this point? just a few simple things. like nowadays, i go here. i start a new discussion, maybe find some interesting topics to answer and just basically explore the site. or if there's nothing that captures my attention here, i play with my child. this is one of my best de-stressing routines ever since svet came out. a child's smile, i tell you, can make your stress vanish like pffftt. or if svet's asleep, i eat. i look for my comfort food (which is the basic corn on the cob, by the way), or if there's none of that around, something sweet. i think it is important for us people to be familiar with our own signs and symptoms, as this will help us to cope better with stress or stressful situations. when we learn to recognize our signs and symptoms early on, we can take action before it gets out of hand. so. what do you do to decrease your stress level?

Hi !!!i agree with you about stress.nowdays our lifesyle has become so hectic we hardly find time to think & we feel stressful.children are best stress-buster.when u feel stressful ,just pamper yourself with facials or spa.meditate.it'll surely help.

many ways, like taking a shower or bath, rush to the supermarket after work and buy tons of delicacy for the family. watching films and listen to music, go to the hairdresser's to change my hairstyle for a change. in a word, we need to adjust ourselves all the time.

I just take some rest and relax.Sometimes I do hang out alone or together with my friends.

If i am in a very stress mood. I usually go out alone. Somewhere that I can be alone. I will do mind meditation. I will visualize happy scenery and moments to chase my stress away.

i will sing a song,or paly computer,or have a sleep for rest,and every boy in the world will feel stress someone ,and they will read books and do sport,and chat with somebody or paly games in computer,or just paly games with their friends,i have a long time not to play games with my friend.

I get distress sometimes. If I am depressed I will call my best friends and chat with them. They will give me good advices and try to pacify me. Friends' care make me forget the distress by and by and calm down. I can always keep good mood because I have several true friend.
