How long did it take you to reach 500 posts?

It took me over a year. Mostly because I don’t post for pennies – I post for content. I like to get into discussions/debates that spark the imagination and challenge the mind. If you counted up all my posts total on MyLot, the count would be over 5000 I’m sure. But I would rather most a meaningful response or discussion – as opposed to superficial discussions like what’s your favorite color.
So here it is – my Official 501st post! Thanks for all the memories MyLot – and don’t worry – I have only just begun! So here is to another year, and hundreds of posts to come from MyLots resident Gay Playboy!!
Just to make sure this doesn’t get deleted, let’s turn this into a discussion. How long did it take you to reach 500 posts? (But really, congrats me on the 500 post milestone hehehe).

I don't know yet, but I've only been at it for 6 weeks, and should reach first payout (which is incidental, as with you) in the next 2 days.
But there are days when my friends are not being very active when I could tear my hair out with frustration at the lack of meaningful subjects to respond to.
I'm looking forward to be able to cut and paste, I must admit. I got so used to be able to write stream of consciousness and then edit during my recent uni course, that it drives me mad here not being able to do it. I forget sometimes and lose everything I've just written.
I see you've totted up a few now since your 500th, congratulations.

i can't really remember exactly how long does it take me to reach 500 posts... but i think it is not that long... less than a couple of months i guess... and i do it mostly by responding... congratulations on your 500th posts milestone and keep up the good job... i'm sure you will do better and better here... take care and have a nice day...

Tee Tee Tee you finally made it Popi, way to go! You are now an official member of the C & P club, it took me a few months to be able to C & P, hmmmmm maybe we can C or P together? Hahaha!

Took me over a year as well, but it took me like four or five months to actually become active in this site. I am glad that I didn't just make silly discussions, or one line responses to do it, because even now, a year and a half later most of my posts are still here. Gives me a chance to look back and remember when lol. Congrats and here's to 500 more!!!

Hi Tee, I have no idea how long it took me to reach 500 posts, I guess I just didn't pay much attention. I start discussions on things that are of interest to me, and respond to those I like. I sometimes respond to new friends even it the discussion is about something very simple, we need to encourage each other. Congratulations on making it to 500 and I'm sure there will be many more. Please continue those meaningful post that I so much enjoy. Blessings.

Congrats on reaching your goal. Going for quality is always better than quantity. I just recently passed 5,000 posts. I honestly cannot remember how long it took me to get to 500. Trying to remember I suppose it was a little less than a month.

well, it took me more than a month but after received my first payout i post 500 for only 6 days. now my total post is more than 3,000 excluding comment from any respond. it's my 6 months now staying alive and continue posting even in my hectic schedule due to my daily works and a part time students but still i can give time to myLot.
anyway, congrats for you 501 post. see you around guys.

500 post for six days?!? Whoa! what you do? sit all day in front of the computer? Me I am here for a week now and only up to 200 post, some of them I can were nonsense reponse, but last night I vow to make a response with at least some sense on it. I am enjoying the discussion/ socialization side of mylot and I think having to earn some is just a bonus part.

I haven't reached 500 posts yet :(
The problems is that I rarely find a meaning full discussions. Many people just start discussions just for the heck of it. This makes REAL discussions hard to find. Ive been a member of my lot for 2 weeks now and its been ok so far. HAPPY myloting :) Hope to reach the 500 mark soon.
