How many of you watch this series? I watch it every week and absolutely love it! Do you think it's close to reality of what actually happens in teenage pregnancy? Please only share if you watch the show. I'm looking for responses that actually relate to this subject. I have my opinion of the show but I would like some other point of views, Thanks!

I love that show. I DVR it so I never miss any episode! lol. I have had friends that got pregnant young and I think that it shows alot about what the real reality of teenage pregnancy is. It's not making out to be easy or fun, it's showing the difficult things she is facing. She has to make adult decsions at 15. To keep the baby, to not keep the baby, to allow Ricky in her lfie knowing he's bad for her. It's showing that it's not glitz and glammer the way some people make it seem and I think thats what teens should be seeing.

I think the boy is obsessed and not going anywhere! LOL But I think it's sweet how much he loves her.

I'm glad there is a show that is telling it all, not just the good parts. There are so many girls these days thinking how neat it would be if they were pregnant. All that attention is not fun especially when getting it's bad attention. In my opinion the situation with Ricky could have been a little different. It's still a good way to do it but there are lots of situations where the guys don't want to be involved at all. That in itself is very hard to deal with in my opinion.

Do you think that Ben will hang around or get tired of all the drama and leave her alone?

We watch this show on ABC Family every tuesday. I think it is a great show to discover the differences that peer pressure and teenage pregancy can create. I was a teenage mom at 16 and the problems that she is dealing with is so accurate and I only hope more people see this show and talk to there kids about the situations that can arrize and the peer presure that espiacally girls have to go thru. I love this show and wouldn't miss a week. hope to see you on the couch on teusday night. Plus I can't wait to see how Ricky takes the challege of having a girl pregnant. this should really get interesting and I kinda hope Amy gets married cause he is so willing to just love her and that baby.

I was pregnant at 16 also. There are a few differences in my situation. I was homeschooled so I didn't have to face people in a public setting everyday. I did still get stares at the grocery store and such. I still lost all my friends. I didn't have a b/f at the time either so I was especially lonely it seemed. The boy that got me pregnant hasn't been around since I told him I was pregnant. That's been 5 or 6 years ago.

What are you anticiapting for the situation with Amy's parents? Do you think that since now more people know where he's been they will get back together? I'm not sure myself.
