Every time I hear the song, "Let's Get Physical", I remember lithe figures prancing on the floor bending right and left or jumping. It was very popular also with PE teachers who often used it during the field demonstration repertoire. Getting physical for me is doing the much needed exercises that I constantly put off. I used to play (badminton, table tennis, etc) a lot but with my current job and various commitments, I don't have that much time left to exercise. How about you? How do you get physical?

Olivia Newton John! The thought of this song immediately makes me think of 1980's Aerobics with terry towelling head bands and fluorescent leg warmers! lol. The closest I seem to get to exercise these days is jogging my memory and exercising my wit!

Without looking at your profile, I can safely say that you're around my age, too. Me, climbing the stairs up to my office is just about it.

Hi diutay, Yes I remember that song, it was sung by Oivier Newtojhon, a lovely singer. I can't get physical at the moment because I have a very bad back. Tamara

I think your reason is much more acceptable than mine...
