I admit I am not an alcoholic but due to the nature of my business I do sometimes overindulge in drinking beer for no good reasons. The effect of the alcohol pass on to the next day and it is a day of hell for me. It is really a torture spending the whole afternoon sitting inside the bathroom, with one hand on my forehead and the other on my stomach. Have you ever experience hangover and whats your tips to get rid of hangover?

I passed out many a time hanging on to my "porcelein throne". I am now clean and sober for over 17 years. I never knew a cure for hangovers other than not drinking too much. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

The last time I had a hangover the Mexican drink horchata worked wonders. I have a friend who swears by Xango.

Xango is mangosteen juice and it worked for her. A lot of people have told me it settles their stomachs and since mangosteen juice has documented anti inflammatory properties it makes sense that it would help with headache. Just a thought. I all my research Xango is the best mangosteen juice because they use the whole fruit and peel which is where most of the beneficial properties are found.

I have heard to take a couple of asprins before ya start drinking. another coat your tummy with something like a couple of peices of bread with lots of butter on them before hand . I havent suffered from a hang over ever! and I have been known to drink a tad more than I should some times the best is to know your limit before you get to that shape and go to bed

The next morning I usually cook a really big breakfast. My mom always taught me to eat something greasy, because it settles the stomach. If i really feel lousy I drink a pepsi, it's weird but it actually makes me feel a whole lot better. After breakfast I usually take a nice warm shower. IF those don't work, then I lay on the couch all day, but usually those three things work.

To be honest ive only ever had a couple in my entire life and they were so hellish that I decided not to go in for anymore lol ,the whole thing of the hangover is awful, your head feels as though its been smashed against a brick wall, and your eyes are like slits, your mouth is like the inside of a dogs tail and you just feellike heaving you heart out,so ive never managed to find anything to help the aftereffects, just take myself off to bed and stay there until the hangover has subsided
