Michigan - Napoleon’s owner met him in the driveway as the bulldog came back up out of the lake dragging something in his mouth. It looked like a burlap sack, and Napoleon appeared determined to drag it up from the shore and back to his master’s side.

Wow. Thank you for sharing this, I always find stories like this so uplifting. Bulldogs can get a bad press sometimes but this just goes to show that you should never tar a whole breed by the actions of a few badly raised animals.
I also like hearing the stories of unlikely animals pairings in zoos. There was a snake somewhere that was given a live mouse to eat and they became friends and slept next to each other and everything.
I think we could learn a lot from animals like these. We could certainly learn how to treat each other a little better.
