If someone or lets say an acquaintance helped you with something, how would you repay the kindness? Of course it should not be monetary and in a form of a gift. Let me see how creative you are, let me know your thoughts? Just Curious SFC

Hi Muelitz I have been and still am in such a situation but the only way of being able to repay someone for their kindness is axtually being there for them and doing things like babysitting looking after their house or plants when they go away those things are sometimes more important than stretching your purse too thin to be able to give a gift or money bright blessings littleowl

I would send them an appropriate thank you card with words that I wrote myself, if what they helped me with was appropriate. Lending me money to make a telephone call is not what I'd call appropriate enough to send a card, but helping me move, lending me money to pay a bill or buy something I needed but could not afford, etc., that would qualify. In the card, I'd let them know that I would be there for them whenever they needed that kindness "repaid". I think that letting someone know that you are there for them is one of the best things you can "give" to a person.

i help people who helped me through prayers. my cousin told me that if a can not repay i just have to pay it forward. it means to help others who need help as well. it is more pleasing to the heart to help people who needs help than repaying people who helped you before. but i really pray and light a candle for them to make them safe and for them to be healthy and happy.

when you help that means you are not expecting anything in return. that is what help is. my style is when someone help me i make sure i will have a helping hand if he needs my help. i will make sure that helping him is the first thing i would do if he ask for help. repay is not what we give on people who help us, we should be ready to give our hands when they are the one who are asking for help. you gets some you give some. thats what i do.

When ever someone helps me out with something I will usually take them out to eat or have some food brought in. Then when the time comes and they need my help I am there for them, to help them. If they are nice enough to help me, then I will be nice enough to help them.
