Withholding Tax

I've got a call from my Finance Manager and he told me that there is an error in my deductions to TAX since January 08. OMG, I've got surprised since I need to pay PHP 15,000.00 as a total discrepancies from my tax deductions since January.
I told to him that it is not my fault and he accepted that. He is trying to spread out the deductions into one year time frame so that I could have a few deductions in a month.
So irritating and I feel very bad today from this situation.
Have you guys encountered this scenario? What do you feel?

It is his fault. You should not shoulder it alone. Or never on the first place. It is so unfair on your part.
