Who's eaten the meat of a hen that has never laid eggs before?

Saviour-V teleports in... According to a book I read once (The Book Of Sufi Healing), one of the best kinds of meat was the sort obtained from a hen that's never laid an egg. Frankly, I think those are hard to obtain from battery farms, if you know what I mean. But perhaps there might be a few real farmers among us myLotters, so I might get lucky here. So, has anyone actually tasted such meat before? And is it tougher than the chicken you'd normally get from supermarkets? Here in Malaysia, apart from those, you could rear your own chicken and slaughter it later, but you'd have to do a lot of cooking because the meat's quite tough. Do let me know.
