Do you join new paying sites only after reading testimonials and proofs?

One of my friends loves searching opportunities for earning online. Everyday she looks out for the various ways to earn some extra money. She checks out the blogs of other people and also some on her own. She never cares if the site pays or not. She will spend few days or months with the site. If the site pays her after reaching the minimum amount, she will continue to work with the site. Otherwise she will stop visiting the site. I have advised her a lot to check out only genuine sites -the sites whose payment proof has been posted by others. But she never cares for it..How about you? Do you try to check out new sites? Or do you just try the sites that others recommend with the payment proof alone?
