My frugal find yesterday!

We went to Walgreens, my favorite corner store. They have a clearance bin at the back of the store. My first trip I got a memory cad for my digital camera for $8, regular price, $48! We went back later, they had yoga pants, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops and flannel jammy bottoms for $1 each. We spent $45 and saved $125!!!! We also picked up timers (for electrical outlets) for $1.50 each.
So we all got jammies, shorts and t-shirts. My daughter got gym clothes. in all, we spent about $70 for what would have cost $200. What a day! Any good deals for back to school?

Oh wow some super deals! I never find that good of deals at my local Walgreens. I would love to have found some fannel bottoms for $1.00. Maybe I will take a run over there today to see what they have in stock.

Walgreens is a great place to find some bargains.I go in there every couple of weeks just to check out the clearance end cap.They seem to put things on clearance all of the time.The best find I made was Schick Slim Twin Razors.They're normally about $5 for a 10 pack.I got them at Walgreens for $1.74.

i love to shop like that! we do that at claires when they have 10 for $10 and the cool thing is that they just dont have jewellry, they have make up, school supplies and stuff like that. i have bought a lot of christmas presents that way.
also, i am fortunate that a dollar store near me has clothes (for a dollar of course) and i have gotten a lot of stuff that way.

I love Walgreens. I buy those boxes of sugar-free drink mixes in the indivdual little tubes there all the time. I get a box of 8 of them for 1.00. We also buy dried fruit and movie candy therefor 1.00 a box also. They had t-shirts for 2.00 each at ours the other day. I need to go see if they have jammies.I love great deals.

Wow that is really a good buy. We don't have shops like that where I live otherwise I would go and have a look too. Maybe it is an idea to buy some other stuff and sell them on the internet. I am sure it would be a great way of making a profit, especially because all the stuff is still brand new. Good luck in finding more deals, and have a nice day

Wow! You can buy such stuffs in cheap prices?! Here in the Philippines such stuffs are really expensive. And its kinda difficult to find cheap stuffs that are in perfect condition. I wish I am living near such stores. That can help me save more.

The prices you quote are amazing.
In Trinidad they couldn't buy ziltch !
In any case its 1 to 6 on the dollars here in Trinidad.
Frugal living ?
I try that everyday of life and get nowhere.
I'm glad you find these bargains, I wish I could find them over here.
