How to prevent spams or scams in email inbox

Are you likewise receiving several spams or scams in your email inbox? To tell everybody here, am very much upset of these several spams and scams that arrives daily in my email inbox. It really disrupted and consumed most of my time in deleting it. I could no longer do other chores to do because of these horrifying spams and scams as I kept on deleting it. I kept on viewing the message to click the unsubscribe and Oh, my God! my time was terribly exhausted. gggrrrr....Any idea how to prevent and remove them quickly?

The best way is to open a new mail account and transfer your existing contacts to your new email id. Do not share it with anybody without business. This will definitely help you keeping your spam load to a minimum.

I have Mail Washer installed on my computer, it is a free spam blocker software, it is a program to help you get rid of spam and viruses in you email. It allows you to preview all aspects of your email on the server before you download it to your computer.. But it only with POP3 email accounts.

i had lots of it but since i repeorted as a "spam" no more and dont open it it sometimes its virus.
