recipes for avocado

My favorite avocado dish is guacamole which can be served on a bed of shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes as a salad or of course as a dip with chips. I like to slice avocado and make a sandwich with it with sliced tomato, a little garlic salt, and a bit of chili powder. I've made a yummy chocolate vegan pudding made with avocado...blend in ice and it becomes "ice cream"... Avocado Chocolate pudding * 1 Banana * A handful of chopped dates or 1/4-1/3 cup molasses (to taste) * 1/3 cup soy milk * 2 Avocados * 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder Blend everything together with a blender. To make ice cream, add enough ice to make a soft ice cream-consistency when pureed. Eat immediately as it melts somewhat quickly.
