I have invited several people to join me here at mylot and either they don't join or they tell me that mylot is just a waste of time. I've told them that i've been paid by mylot and that I didn't think of it as a waste of my time because it's truly not.. I have met many people and found some very interesting discussions to start and reply to. How else do i get through to people that mylot is a good friend meeting place that can also help you make a few dollars by just talking to those friends and starting or replying to discussions? I am at a loss, can anybody give me any tips? I Love it here.

Not all people think like us and to those who look for good earnings it may seem a tedious affair. It is the feeling of camaraderie and sharing that I like in this forum.Additional payment is a great bonus. Like minded people who can afford to make this their activity would join the forum. We cannot force all people to do it.I have aslo sent the link to educated friends of mine but I have not seen them jooining the site. We will carry on.That is all.Purposes and perceptions are different.

Hi there ladylonewolf2008! It is indeed difficult to invite people to join us here at myLot. Sometimes, they would find it a waste of time or that they would rather spend more time in other social networking sites or in the chatroom. I have tried inviting my friends but only few of them joined and only 3 became active, but not as active as I am. I think they would only join when they get to see a proof of what they can gain here. But even if I showed them several times, they still do not find it interesting. Maybe you can at least tell them to try and visit the site. Perhaps, they would find it interesting when they see for themselves. Good luck!

Perhaps you should focus on the positive aspect of MyLot which is the great community and vast array of discussions. Then casually toss in, "Oh yeah, and as a bonus, I get paid a bit for my posting. I know $10 (USD) doesn't sound like much, and it really isn't, but every penny counts right?"
