This phone is absolutely horrible. I have gone through 4 of them since last November. They break by themselves. They just randomly start freezing whenever you text on them and once it starts happening, it happens every time you try to text. If it happens one more time they have to give me the Voyager. This happened to my girlfriend even though her phone only broke 3 times so i don't know why I didn't get to choose a different phone already. But anyway this phone is not good even if they updated it and everything and put all new software in the newer versions, i still wouldn't recommend it.

I had a similar experience with my blackberry 8120 when I first bought it... I'm on my 3rd one & it seems to work fine... First one, it wouldn't connect to wi-fi for some reason... 2nd one keeps freezing up & error message kept showing up... All that happened with in first 2 weeks of buying brand new one... Now I'm on my 3rd one & I've been using it for little over 2 month & I never had any problem with it... In your case, it might be a "batch" issue... I work in retail myself & sometimes I see 5 - 6 people running into same problem with same model 2 - 3 times... Then next group of people never have any problem with same make & model... Figure that one out... It doesn't solve your headaches... I do understand how frustrating it might be... Try going to the place where you got it & see if they'll exchange it for another model... Or even call the carrier & see if they'll give you a credit towards new (different) model...

I think Nokia is the best choice for a cell phone, because it is good and have a lot of options.
