What are the signs of a controlling boyfriend?

They have a problem with you spending time with friends, they overreact to you being friends with the opposite gender, they want to know where you are all the time, they have to be able to contact you at all times, they want to control even what makeup you wear, your clothes, everything. You feel like you can't breathe.

These could be a few signs of a controlling boyfriend: -He wants to know where you are all the time, and he calls your cell phone to make sure you're where you said you'd be. -He follows you or shows up where you are to make sure you're where you said you'd be. -He tries to tell you what to wear and puts you down if you wear something he doesn't like. -He makes fun of the way you act and puts you down to his friends -He asks who you're talking to on the phone
