wood or metal...

I love wooden spoons. Ours are always getting broke though.My husband just loves to smack my butt with them.lol

I have 2 bamboo spoons that I like to use in my cooking. They don't splinter and become split like wooden spoons do. They don't absorb some of the colors like tomato sauce from foods ether. I don't have to worry about them being left in water to get fuzz or splintered. I have had these 2 for a very long time.

The spoons I have are a plastic. I don't use wood anymore. I do have a few metal though.

I prefer to use wooden spoons for sauces, but a plastic spoon for anything else. The metal spoon might come in handy if i'm doing a lot of cooking and have many dishes to wash.

i want to use wooden spoon for cooking. i hate aluminum spoon for cooking it makes my teeth dont feel good. i also used the one that we used for non sticky pan.
