HELP I need that link to the exersize and diet place

I lost the link that a mylotter posted not too long ago for a site that gives free weekly exersize videos and lots of tips on it too. Someone please help me out I need it and so does a friend of mine.

Hi there here is sight that is totally free. and is offering what your asking for and a lot more. They are call sparkpeople www.sparkpeople.com and they will Spark you. Tons of wonderful ideas, recipes, exercises todo. give it a try!
