What's Your Favorite Dog Breed?

My absolute favorite is the Golden Retriever. We had a male called Diamond Reo. We called him our "Angel" dog. He was just about as perfect as it gets. We now have a Golden/Cocker Sp. mix and she is as sweet as they come. We adopted her from an abusive home. I trained her and now she is involved in serveral areas of Pet Assisted Therapy.

Border Collies have always been my favorite breed. I think it's because of that movie Babe that came out in the early 90s. I like this breed because of their intensity in their eyes and their spirits. They kind of remind me of myself. Plus I like dogs with black and white fur. I do plan on owning at least two in my thirties.

I have had a dauschund. I also have had a beagle. I liked the beagle. My dog who is a dauschund is probably part terrier orSo I have limited experience with other types of dogs. I guess I would like to know about other types of breeds. I think I prefer small breeds though.

Chihuahuas :) We have two long haired and they are beautiful! They're perfect since we live in a townhouse. Snuggley and lovable. Loyal. Please refrain from picturing the Taco Bell dog. They look nothing like that. If I lived in the country I would consider a Jack Russell or a Border Collie. I love them as well.

wel.. i owned a mix shih tsu.. he's very naughty and very cute.. but intelligent too.. guess he's not pure breed so he's extreemely naughty.. even though he's an adult dog now.. but he still grab some thing and attract attention from ppl den jus keep on run.. he's enjoying the chase.. quite funny isnt it? wel.. i love all kind of dogs.. coz dog is human best friend!

I currently own a Beagle but I would love to have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi someday. I think they are so cute with their long body, big ears and short little legs.

My number 1 love, as far as dog breeds, is definately the Chinese Shar-pei. I also LOVE dalmations as well.
