Want some partners for a webpage I want to create

Hey all, I am looking for some partners for a webpage I have in mind. I am looking for some college guys or girls that can help with it. I don't know a lot about designing a webpage and need someone that can. I know some basics, but that is really it. The webpage would be a site on Colleges. Everything thats going on, with all the big colleges and even small ones. Like Sports, Events happening, big news thats happening on campuses and anything else maybe you could think of. I feel it can have potential in being a really great and fun website. If anyone could help that would be great. I would also like opinions from everyone about the idea as well. Thanks for your time.
