What Will You Do When You Feel Stress?

Hi... For me if i feel stress i will go and wash my cars. Exercise also help me to release tension. Sometimes i will eat some chocolate. It will make me happier after eating it. So what will you do when you feel stress?

i will read books. not notes from school. but story books and novels. it takes my mind off my problem and i'm in my own little world where i am in control. sometimes i will listen to songs too. it is relaxing and i will feel at peace. i think the best way to relieve stress is talking about it to someone who cares. like for me, i will tell my boyfriend my problems and he will cheer me up instantly. maybe it is different for some people, maybe some do yoga sessions? happy mylotting, chiat!

Abi!!! Happy Holiday!!! I know he love you so much. Dont make me envy. Ya. Actually if sometime we feel stress then we find someone to talk about then we will feel better and can release our tension. At least we have someone to share our problem with and he or she will give us some advise. Like this we wont simply think and increase our tension. Happy Myloting!!!

hi abi and chiat, i think i will never read any books when i am stress..looking at the alphabets make me feel for stress and confuse..i think the best way is go for a bath and sleep on my bed while listening to music..besides that, i think i always forget my problem and stress when i am singing in choir and that's also the reason why i love choir so much.if i tell someone about my problem i think i will surely cry which i don't want it to happen..happy mylotting my friends..

Hi Eileen. Ya. Sometime if you feel stress then find a person to talk with can release it. But if take bath for me not work at all.After taking bath then i will start stress again. For me now i found out the best way to curd it is doing some breathing exercise but sometime it dont work also. Happy Myloting!!
