With Chandigarh's Abhinav Bindra winning the first ever individual olympics gold medal and broadly an Olympics gold medal for India after twenty-eight years....I would like to express and share my happiness with my fellow people and would like to convey my heartiest conratulations to Abhinav Bindra. What are your feelings my friends? Do you see as a stepping stone and a great great inspiration for many future Olympic gold medals for our nation?

Oh yes, it's certainly something to be proud of. No country in the south-asia, barring India, has won a bronze medal yet; India has at least 1 medal under their belt, and that too gold. Indians have improved from the last few olympics, last time it was 1 silver, before that it was 1 bronze, but this time it is 1 GOLD!! Lol. Not really something astounding, but I feel it looks better than NOTHING. Not to forget, it isn't all over yet, there is still a possibility of Indians winning another medal. Tennis duo of Paes and Bhupathi are the best bet among the remainders, as of now.

Hi worthy! This is indeed a moment of pride for us! Abhinav has been a superstar since a long time and his gold created history. His success, however, is more individualistic in the sense that he is being personally trained, monitored, counseled and his achievement is largely his own. But that surely doesn't make him a less Indian. He is an Indian and we all are proud of him. With the exit of Leander-Bhupathy, I hardly see any hope. Boxers are showing potentials though and I do wish them , especially, Aashish to win a medal. Happy Olympics Watching.

Yes , Abhinav Bindra's feat is a great one . He has been quite brave in winning against tough opponents . Unfortunately ;India has not been able to claim another medal so far in this Olympics. I hope that they win 1 or 2 in Boxing ;inspite of Akhil Kumar's exit .
