Do you think that this will be a transaction where is some way Trumps will make a profit or will it be a truly generous deal? The "Donald" does not a have a reputation of generosity perhaps this will be a first! What do you think?Donald Trump will soon be Ed McMahon's landlord.
Trump announced Thursday he would save the television personality's Beverly Hills mansion from foreclosure by buying it for an undisclosed amount and leasing it to McMahon.

Well his tenant doesn't seem to be in the best shape. So I can see Trump doing this as a win/win situation. First he it will help portray him as a hero for saving this poor man's home. Yet when he kicks the bucket, it will make for a profit when Trump puts it on the market.

I heard on the news the other day, that Donald Trump paid Ed Mackman's Morgage, because he was sick in the hospital, and could afford to pay his Morgage so Mr. Trump helped him out. that is the way I heard it.
