How deep can you swim?

I can swim 1.5 meters' deep. People is lighter than the water, if they don't make a dive, they can't swim deep in the water. I make a dive and stuggle to swim deep, but I will swim no deeper than 1.5 m.
How deep can you swim?

well i can swim but i am just too afraid to go deep. i had tried once and i got really scared and vowed not to do diving and all again. i just swim on the surface... the regular one.

hmmm... I deepest I have ever gone is when i once put my head completely in a bucket of water! lol I cant swim for nuts. and I don't think I ever will. I have never stepped in to a pool in my life! I have seen people on TV dive to hundreds of feet. Going underwater has always fascinated me. Its like being in space. Ive always had dreams of swimming with the fishes n crap like that... Maybe one day I may learn how to swim and beat your record of 1.5m :P Swim safe...
