I have started today with a bang I have done all but one of my strength training exercises and need to do the last one then stretch and find a cardio for today. As some of you know I am trying to get back in shape (well a shape other than a circle or round lol) and today is my first day. I am feeling better already. thanks to all those who are encouraging me along this journey back to health.

Good for you! I haven't been on my recumbent bicycle for several days now and I am a very bad girl. Send some of your motivation my way!

"Well begun is half done".. great start Sweetdesign.. But never let your spirits sag..even a bit.Because a slight piece of slackness will break your habit of exercising..

Do some of those for me while you are at it okay? I am so tired. I need to go take a nap, but if you could get the exercises out of the way for me that would be cool.
