If someone would predict your future for you, would you believe it to be true ?
I, for example, wouldn't, even if it turns out to be true because i would always wander if something happens in the future to me because he said it will happen and i was expecting it, or trying to avoid it in the first place and that's why it happened.

I wouldn't say that future tellers are telling the truth or not even saying the truth. They are just there to say what are they reading in our life. We don't have to hold on those the fortune teller told us. We don't have to expect for it or avoid about it or worry on our future. They are just there to guide on what may come on our way. They are not saying that it would exactly happen. Some people want to go to these fortune tellers not to exactly know what may happen to them after years but because they are just excited on what the fortune teller may tell about it. But I think they are not really dependable to the readings of the future teller.

Hiya!
I actually can predict the future. The only thing is that its my future.LOL!
We're kinda the same on this one. I would listen to fortune tellers and would actually be interested in it but I wouldnt take it seriously. Would be fun to know what they'd say about my future. and would definitely be fun to know if its going to come true especially if I didnt see it coming.
If what the fortune teller said will happen happens well, I guess Ill just regard that as a pretty amusing/amazing coincidence.

It may be true at the time but with all the choices we make everyday the outcome is bound to change. The same thing can be said for palm readers and tarot card readers. They only see your future based on how things are at that moment. Six months later everything is different therefore your future would of course be different.

Hi Elitess, I agree, auto suggestion can be very powerful and even if the future were predicted you can always change the path you are on to avoid certain events anyway. I have in the past been to a physic fayre where I was told the person I was seeing was experiencing business worries and named them by name but at the time thought well that is wrong as they phoned earlier to say they would be busy in work for the next six months because of a new contract but when I arrived home my mum told me they had called so I rang back to be told it had all fallen through and as no other work on being self-employed they would have to claim benefit for a while. o it was true afterall. Someone has told me things before and they came true. And since they I have kept an open mind on this topic. There are scams out there, however there are extremely legit and credible people around. I once asked someone about my writing and they told me something that sounds exactly like what I would (and am) doing. They told me that I would become well known for my writing, however I'm not going to want any of it. And that I'll run away from that type of life.

No way! I am not going to live my life around what someone else tells me is going to happen. It may never happen and they do not even know you. I could never believe what a fortune teller tells me.1 person likes this
