Today I will have Pork Shoulder and Cabbage and Mash Potoetoes. what else do you think I should make with it? If it were you. Ok, I know some of you do't eat pork. so just tell me what you are having for dinner today. Ok, Have a good day!

I always have something cooking away, primarily because I cook from scratch to save required money. At the moment, I am cooking plain pinto beans in a crock pot. Just beans and salt with water as an ingredient. In the days before run-a-muck inflation, I would have just purchased a can of precooked pintos to use as an ingredient, those days are over. * Those pintos will be cooked with lots of other things in a rice pot several times this week. * There is a roast turkey defrosting in the fridge. It's destiny is to be next month's meat supply. I will cook it up, cut it up into chunks, and freeze the chunks for many meals.

My beans turned into bean potato and ham stew. I added herbs, and yummie! No waste either, I dumped the spud peelings into my vermacomposting bin. (Bucket of earthworms, dirt, newspaper.)

Hello there marciascott Well we have just had dinner and I made a cheese sauce and poured it over steamed brocolli and cauliflower. I then sprinkled it with grated cheese and popped it in the oven with some roast potatoes. Usually when I make this I put fish in with the brocolli and cauliflower with cheese sauce and then cover it with mashed potato but we had mashed potatoes and fish last night!

During the Summer months I like nothing better than to prepare myself a nice big salad, I love salad and will include vegetables and fruits from the garden as we grow them organically, the only thing I will cook is the eggs to go with the salad, but it's all fresh and tasty, I also find it filling as well and the good thing with salad is that if you want to leave some of it, you can eat it later without worrying about having to reheat it. I put cold hams and meats on it, celery, radishes, lettuce, red peppers, onions, beetroot, so it's a nice big meal, and it's all very healthy too, crunchy and tasty.

I am not really in a cooking mood today, mind you it is not very often that I am in a cooking mood. Although I have been considering starting to bake cakes and biscuits again just lately. Anyway for our dinner today I am just going to do some chicken burgers with some waffles and some beans and batman spaghetti! Not very interesting but at least I know the kids will eat it.

Not cooking a dang thing today, we're eating out!!! We are getting together with my entire family tomorrow, and that's enough to put anyone in the nut house. No added pressure to cook things. We are just going to go to a restaurant here in town, and let them do all the cooking.

i am not cooking dinner tonite because last night i made my son his last sunday dinner for a while. he is going to college and is leaving tomorrow. so i asked him what he wanted and he said chicken parm. So i went out and got everything i needed and made my baby the best chicken parm i have ever made. with a nice salad, and garlic bread. we all sat down at the table together. something we don't do often enough. we had his girlfriend over (who i love) and had a great meal and conversation. there is plenty left over so there will be no cooking for me tonite
