Have you been on sites that promise to pay and then stop?

I have been on two sites that started paying then just stopped changed the prizes, points, rules all of a sudden. I got paid on the first one but the one that I am now currently using, but is limiting my visits now, I have yet to receive anything. I have time invested in it, everything just completely stopped as of May 8, no explanation nothing, we are still getting points and our cash outs are still continuing, so why don't they stop it or give us something to go on. Don't they realize that the matter is getting worse instead of better with people cash out growing.
This is the second time this has happen. And it seems they have a right to not pay if they choose.
What is your feedback on this?

I gave up on all those sorts of sites a long time ago, they all seem to run the same way, pay for awhile if your one of the lucky ones, then they let people post then they close up and i think they open up under a different name and start all over again or they even have the cheek to open up under the same name down the track and just say they sold the name....I would rather just put the time into Mylot, who have proven they can be trusted, and are professional...
