I wish. My sleeping hours are odd as it is. I'm currently nocturnal so my sleeping hours are switched from the norm to being a night howl. I've rarely had times where I sleep for 8 to 10 hours straight. There are usually moments where I wake up every 20 to 45 minutes before falling asleep again. That's annoying.

I also keep rolling over the bed for long hours before I finally manage to sleep. I am an insomniac person. Believe me, I got a straight 4 days of no sleep. That was last month when my insomnia attacked me too bad. I do everything to get to sleep, follow my friends and doctor's advise, take sleeping peels, I even get myself supr tired, drink milk, tried the thermal bed, etc, but I really got difficult to fell asleep. At the 5th day, I didnt manage to go to work. I cried and cried because I am really exhausted, felt very light and floating, I heard my brain's beat. Thanks because today, I got 5 hours of sleep after 5 hours also of rolling over the bed. I wish and pray that those insomnia attacks would not anymore hit me. :(

i think it depends. sometimes i am able to go to sleep once i hit the bed but sometimes if there are things that are bothering me then i might not fall asleep immediately.

I have a really hard time falling asleep at night. Sometimes will lay in bed for hours and will still be awake. I have never been one who could just lay down and fall asleep instantly my husband is asleep the second he put his head down on his pillow! I wish I could do that.

I do instantly go to sleep at night. I usually go on the computer at night after my daughter has gone to sleep. And I work on the computer until I'm rather tired, which is not too long. Taking care of my active toddler is no joke, so by the end of the day, I'm usually beat! But there are times when something worries me, so I might blink a few minutes before falling asleep.

Absolutely not, when I lie down,at first I try to think, about my activities throughout the day. And after some times,I automatically fall asleep.Sometimes,I roll over the bed for a hour or two too.
