I have started using a protein supplement to help build up my muscles and I am using Creatin which is a powder which has to be mixed with water. I am a keen bodybuilder going to the gym 5 times a week and I want to get the maximum benefits from my time at the gym, I want fast results and know that diet is equally important and making sure I am eating the right fuels carbs and protein to build up muscle. I also want to burn fat too so I am doing a lot of cardio vascular activities to burn the fat around my stomach I would be interested to hear from anyone who has or is using Creatin as a protein supplement and what your results are I am on Day 4 of taking the shake, it's a tasty grape flavour and I am following the instructions to the book Any advice on supplements also would be appreciated. I am mainly focusing on the biceps and triceps

Well sweetheart you know that I think you look fantastic and I want you to promise that whatever you do you do not take any chances of overdoing it - I couldn't bear it if you hurt yourself! Hugs xxxx

Flattery gets you everywhere! I have already used a tub up, following the guidelines and I have worked it out it's going to cost me a small fortune to keep the program going, the tubs are £20 each and they last me a fortnight. You know me body conscious I am going to have to bulk up on proteins big time, more nuts for me ;0)

Hi Wolfie, I personally don't use these myself but at the marine camp where I work we do sell to fully trained marines a product called Maximuscle which is very good and also I know some of them use a sports nutritional package from a company called Herbalife. How are you feeling, sometimes there is dietary change when you first start taking and urine can be a stronger colour etc. I hope someone here has used the product that you are taking who can help you more. The one thing I do know though is that these products do work and also help with energy levels which is why raw recruits aren't allowed to use. Ellie :D

Thank you my friend, that is comforting knowing that, I have noticed that my appetite has lessened and I am actually eating less because I don't feel as hungry as I used to. The fact that they work and marines use them has filled me with confidence and for that I appreciate your valuable response.

I have never used anything with it in. I do use high protein shakes from shaklee. They are yummy and give me energy. xoxoxoxoxoxoo
