Does anybody use the Skype IM thing?

I tried to IM somebody when I first got MySpace and had to install this application. It's never worked right, it connects then disconnects, and keeps doing this. Shouldn't there be some way to IM people on MySpace without having to install a separate program anyway? You can do it on Facebook.

I've found that my myspace IM will not run properly if I have any other IM rogram installed and running. When I first down loaded the myspace IM it was set to log on automatically when I turned on the computer...but so was my yahoo. So...I'd start the computer, they'd fight to log on at the same time and my computer would freeze and shut itself down. I had to turn off the DSL, go in through programs, and delete the myspace IM just so I could use my computer again. It was a total pain so I quit trying to deal with it.

I have never had any trouble with mine I dont go there much anymore but I just talked with my daughter a couple of seconds ago and it worked alright for me.There was the im that I started with before I downloaded the Skype but I wouldnt know how to get it back.I dont do Facebook so nothing about it.You might get a hold of myspace and let them know you are having trouble.You have a great evening.
