Loose weight with Badminton?

Badminton has been a sport now well being enjoyed by anyone. It may be an indoor or an outdoor sport were you could have fun playing with. My friend and I make it a point to play at least one hour everytime our duty meets and it is our form of exercise we believe that could help us loose some weight. We are so happy when our clothes get wet when we perspire a lot. Burning a lot of calories we have taken during our lunch. It doubles the benefit! Having fun and loosing some weight!!!

Of course we can. Badminton if very "busy" game. We move all the time. It could be more tiring than soccer game.

i strongly agree with you my friend! you may not ask but i play badminton a lot. it is a hobby i enjoy the most. it really works to make you fit, sound and healthy! happy mylotting to you!
