Looking back, i find that England have had cricketing captains who have not been individually successful. They have had captaining skills but when it comes to their personal record they have not performed well especially when they have remaining captains. Will this trend continue with Peterson, their new captain? I feel Peterson is very efficient, talented and successful. I feel that this captaincy might burden him and might bring down his individual contributions. Do you agree?

Ian Botham - He was the best all rounder...England won many test matches , in which he performed in both batting and bowling...
You are right...I have mentioned earlier, in a similar discussion.... I still remember IAN BOTHAM...when he was made captain, his performance was effected...He resigned through mid way after loosing first three tasts...and won the remaining matches, through his own performance
