I used Stove Top stuffing and eggs as the filler this time. It turned out great. I have never tried stuffing in my meatloaf before, but someone here suggested it. I have a new favorite way of making meatloaf now. Have you ever used stuffing in your meat loaf before?

No, I never have, but it sounds delicious. I will pass this info along to my wife as well, since it is usually her that makes meatloaf

It turns out super moist and so yummy! You have to add about a cup of water to take the stuffing into account. I used 1 box for 1 pound of meat. It really stretches the meat too. We had over half of it left and it was me, my 2 kids, and my mom eating.

I'm glad you mentioned adding the water. Otherwise we might have had some strange meatloaf

This is considered a one meal dish. It is more economical settling for a one meal dish. How did you do it? mind giving me your recipe. I like to prepare a tried recipe.

I used one pound of ground beef, 2 eggs, 1 cup of water, and 1 box of stove top stuffing. I mixed mine up before leaving to run to the store and put it in a pan when I got back home. About an hour. I cooked it at 375 degrees for about an hour. I poured some gravy out of a can on top halfway through cooking it too.

hi lily...that's a good idea. my bro used stove top stuffing inside a turkey and it was very delicious. it didn't even taste like stove top. and your idea could give the meatloaf a knew life in taste.
