In a team, success come from all member's sacrifice and cooperation. But sometime one of the team member may perfrom quite bad and the team fail at last all due to his bad performance. If he is not on purpose, should he be blamed?

i don't think it's a good idea to blame a member whenever your team fails.everyone is a part if it and is of vital role.you got try outs and regular practice, right?from there you can see their performance.encouragement is a big help.never insult someone's weakness.correct if there's a mistake.harsh words will only make it worse.when you play as a team, you win as a team, you lose as a team...that's package.just don't forget to enjoy the game...

no, because in a team if one member perform bad then it is other team member to cover. in sports win or lose is not important. it is how solid a team is all matter.
