sleep is ill

I often have a bad sleeping at night. when go to bed,my brain work activity: some sth what i not do,sth i was wrong,sb i think is not bad, sth i want to do first,etc.I go to see a doctor. He suggest me relax and have a vocation. It's true.perhaps ,I was too nervous and not have a good sleep. I remember when I was a child, my sleeping always very big. I hope for a good sleep.because the good sleep can bring me efficient life.

I cannot sleep at night unless I read first. I deliberately choose something light and easy to read, and this helps me to doze off. I think it's because it stops my mind from trying to solve the problems and issues of the day, and gives me something unimportant to concentrate on. It is very hard to sleep directly after being on the computer. I have heard that if you can't sleep, it is better to get up and do something than to lie there and worry about not sleeping. If the doctor hasn't helped, I'd suggest seeing another, as lack of sleep can be very dangerous for your health. Good luck.

thanks a lot.these days, I get up early,and go to play a basketball for 40 min. Eat up breakfast and to work until 12:00,then have a lunch, and a little nap. then work at 14:00---18:00, and make my dinner. watch TV and enjoy my families. about 23:00, I feel tired and have a good dream. thank you for your advices. I have the same problem I go to bed and my brain wakes up, my doctor told me I have to set a routine, to go to bed the samr time every night, not to eat before i go to bed, and to think of your bedroom as a sleeping room not a TV watching room or a computer room...it does work after awhile...

thanks for your good advice. I just ever tried many times but min efficiency. My brain bring me to far and far, from childhood to older, teachers to classmates, man to women, etc. I think why try to work at night. I get up, but my body feel very tired.you know , very troublesome.
