So I'm NOT a fan of Val Kilmer AT ALL..in fact of all the movies he's done the ONLY one I really liked him in was Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (great movie btw)....Well I have to say that he did an AMAZING job in Felon....and Stephen Dorff was even better...It was somewhat slow going or so it seemed but that could be just my being cranky ya knwo..Regardless though....FABULOUS flick..Netflix write-up After accidentally killing a burglar while trying to protect his family, regular guy Wade Porter (Stephen Dorff) finds himself convicted of involuntary manslaughter and thrown into a maximum security prison for three years. Facing a harsh new world -- including a notorious mass murderer cellmate (Val Kilmer) and regular beatings organized by the head guard (Harold Perrineau) -- Wade soon realizes he'll have to toughen up if he's going to survive If you havent seen this movie I really do recommend it....If you HAVE seen it, what did you think of it?
