I just watched this film and knowing that it was based from a true story. I was really terrified. Are you familiar with the story? Masterson house?

Is this a movie in the theater or is it on television? I have not heard about it and I know nothing about it or the story behind it. I have heard of tv shows about ghost hunting. Does this film have anything to do with the people in those shows? Did you enjoy the film and would you recommend it to others? Would I enjoy it even if I am not already familiar with the story?
