Yes they are very much on the right track to go and see the world cup and winning just forget it. Even the team does not have the confidence leave alone the common man. This team is very famous for choking. And of course this team is also famous for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Stop dreaming and get to reality

No, I think they got themselves too much into this world-cup preparation mood. Rather, just play each series on its merit. There is no point in winning the world cup but losing all the series on the way to it. India had lost in West Indies, lost in the group stages at KL and again knocked out in the group stages of Champions Trophy. Look at Australia, they don't discuss too much about World cup. They consistently perform. In my opinion, India has to try something else. My bet would be on Dhoni coming in at No. 3. Get Dinesh Karthick as wicket-keeper and give Dhoni the responsibility of a specialist batsman. The line-up should be Sachin/ Sehwag as openers, Dhoni at 3, followed by Dravid, Yuvraj, Mongia, Dinesh Karthick, Irfan, Harbhajan, Kumble and Munaf Patel. Bring on Kumble, India's strength is spin and we cannot win without two spinners performing. I would be happy if the selectors give a chance to players of the past like Ganguly, Balaji and Laxman before the world cup.
