Do you like steamed eggplant?

I like to have simple and delicious dishes. Steaming eggplant if one of my favorites. Stir fry 50g smashed garlic, 3g salt,5g sugar with 20g seasame oil for several seconds. Peel the 2 eggplant, then slice it. Then steam it for 10 minutes. Mix the oil and eggplant. The simple and delicious dish is done. Can you do it in other way or do you like steamed eggplant?

i do leat eggplant. specially if matches with dried fish and fried rice. love it! i put soysauce in the eggplant peel it and soak it in the sauce.

well my husband usually cooked steamed eggplant i dont really like eating it but my son loves it very much.. I usually eat eggplants with scrambled egg mixed..it's realy delicious...

That sounds delicious. I do like eggplant, one of the ways I like it is similar to your recipe but add soy sauce (and no sugar). I also like Baba Ghanoush (eggplant dip) served with pita. I like diced eggplant sauteed with onions and red peppers and added to spaghetti sauce.
