There are many benefits of eating apples.It has been found that eating apple regularly helps to prevent blood cholesterol,improve bowel function,reduce risk of stroke,prostate cancer, Type II diabetes and asthama.This is due to fibre and phytonutrients present in apples.
Moreover there are lot of advantages of eating apple regularly.
So why don't you start eating apple from today?
