How do you feel when you get problem in internet connection or server issues?

I cannot do without internet everyday,but when I get server issues or page cannot be displayed I become upset.I become tensed and try and try till I get the connection and I will never give up till I get.what do you people feel when you face such a situation?

Dear friend ,as we dont have customer care or anyother service in our place we have to wait until it gets rectified.thanks for your response,happy mylotting.

Hi!
Whenever I experience internet problems or glitches I immediately call the customer service and report it right away. I don't let problems in the server pass. 
If I have to report it everyday I will until the connection is fixed. I paid for the service so I expect to get good service.

hi sumiirajj,
yes i will be very upset. last month i cannot access mylot and many other sites about one week because of internet connection problems. well, being not able to access another sites is annoying but still bearable. but being not able to access mylot? that's disaster. mylot is my life, you know

Well this is a very timely discussion. I am presently having problem with my ISP. I don't know what is happening to SMART BRO why all of a sudden they are having frequent interruptions. Yesterday was a complete disaster, I can't log in, I can't surf, I can't e-mail. I was so bored but can't do anything but wait till they fixed the problem. The connection turns normal at night and I was really sad because my one whole day was unproductive here at mylot. But I did some non-internet works to keep my day busy.

Hi friend ,I experienced the same tension yesterday and today ,some problem was not able to log on .I became tensed and somehow spent my time .only now got rectified and responding to my discussions .

Good question. I will just keep trying continuously for 5 min. Hehe. After which I can't wait. I will immediately call the customer care and complain about it. Till the problem is solved I will keep calling for every 10 minutes. Hehe.
