ARGHHHH!!! How is this possible???

I was playing on the gamesite king.com, I entered a tournament that cost me 2 euros and I started playing. The game I played is a word game and when I was entering a word I made a mistake and hit the backspace button as usual. What happened? Lost my game and it started a new game immediatly! This way I had not only lost my game, I was forced to play another 2 euro tournament I did not sign for. Oh well, or so I thought, it could have been my own fault somewhere even though normally backspace works fine with this game... BUT I SUDDENLY ENTERED AND LOST 3 GAMES!!! So all the money I had left in the account (which was €6) is gone! If I lose it fair and square I don't mind, it's the risk of playing for money and I only put in a little because you know chances are high you'll loose it. But this is just plain unfair! I have contacted the admin and am waiting for a response. I feel like it shouldn't be possible for them to enter me in 2 other tournaments without even showing a button to click that says 'accept'. Anyone else experienced this??
