Hmmm. Well I take about three minutes or so at around 7'ish to drag myself out of bed, walk to the bathroom and then walk to the kitchen to grab a coffee! This is about as energetic as it gets from an exercise perspective for me in the morning I'm afraid! lol. I REALLY need to do better than this to be honest!

I am really proud of you , for making timing daily to get a good work out. I keep saying that I need to work out more. Once I get some test ran here at the Hospital pretty soon, I really want to start working out, and getting healthier, and thinner!
It is so hard to do when sick, i have not felt good now for over 6 weeks.
But I hope that you keep up the good work!

i have to be totally honest,im not a great exercise person.I used to be,I used to go running and go to the gym,but as the time has gone on ive just let it all slide lol.Its more likely that I will go for a walk or a stroll rather then have a spell of good exercise.I do realise that its good to work out etc,but im just quite content as I am.

I take about 20 mins...Thought of increasing it...but I could not...At around 6 am in morning, after offering my prayers, and exercise, I spend some time on computer..

Well I do not have an exercise routine that I do everyday, but I do have my temporary job at Walmart where I have to stand all day as a sales associate and walk everywhere for at least seven to eight hours, so that is a long time to be moving around, plus I have eight hour days at school five days a week and I have to walk a lot to get to classes, and out of those five days I work about three of them (seven hours at work), and my weekends are dedicated to working long shifts at Walmart too. So by all my business I am constantly on the go and active, I don't really have time for specifically exercising unless I took away my joy of mylot haha, and that will not happen on my days off!
