DO you have a perfect psp emulator that can be played in PC?

i have a PC but i do not have a PSP, but i have a lot of .cso game files for psp, itry to find an emulator for psp and i found one, the pspe but it can only play an eboot.pbp. i want a psp emulator that can play .cso files.Anybody here in my lot can recommend one?thanks
