How to stop getting irritated??

Hi all.. I am pretty new to myLot.. hope you guys will help me with this... Nowadays I am getting irritated very easily before I was not like this.. even the slightest noise sometimes irritates me.. is there a way to control this??

hi my friend,you are not the only,even I am facing the same problem.I guess,I am too frustrated with life.I don't know how to stop myself from getting irritated if I knew I would have given you the solution to your problem.Anyways,try practicing some yoga to have mental peace.It really helps to some extent..

You can go to some library or book shop and find some good book on yoga practice.Read it and try it at home.You can do it.Don't forget to practice.Start with simple techniques like breathing,then go for body movement.If you need more information, you can just PM me..stay healthy,think healthy,be happy!

Hey and welcome. I see where you are coming from. I don't really get irritated very easily. However, I do have some moments like that. I mean every little thing annoys me or makes me upset. The way I deal with it is by ignoring it. I know, that doesn't seem plausible, but it works for me. I can't give you any other tip to control this. You have to find something that works for you.

I think our problem seems to be pretty same.. even I dont get irritate easily most of the times but sometimes its not possible to control..

hi sand...i know what you mean. i have experienced that too and i think it can just be overload. now sometimes i've heard that sugar can cause that. and then too your nerves can just be worn out. it definitely helps if you can have quiet and relaxing time to yourself. you can unwind and then handle more later on. that does help me often. and trying to get good sleep makes a difference. now one time i went to bed happy and slept well but woke up feeling like i wanted to bite someone's head off. it was for no reason i knew of. it could be something lacking in our diet so that the body isn't producing something that we need. and one co-worker thot too sometimes the moon(seriously) affects us like that. there can be different factors contributing to irritabiliy. just try to relax when you can, some people naturally just don't like loud noises, or being jostled (like in a ride at the amusement park) so you could just be changing cause no one stays the same.

Thanks friend.. I agree with your comments.. I think its lack of sleep n overload but please dont mention sugar :) I would never wish I get that.. Truly speaking I never used to get irritated before whatever come or any noise and stuff but now I dont know.. may be its part of life..
