What's the best end solution from renewable energy?

If you were given a chance to decide which is the best energy source from renewable sources, what would it be and why?

There is no true best ansewer for the best renewable energy source singly. This is because there are different environments. But the three main ones are wind, solar and hydroelectric energy. There are still many more such as hydrogen fuel cell and ocean thermal electric conversion.

There are several to choose from. I would have to research which is best. I do know I'd set up the tax breaks to keep the projects going. We need them now. But there is too much political fighting.
