I bought from Japan a very good medicine for this. So happen that I don't know the name of this in English because it is written in Japanese word. But the thing is it has a photo on the box showing the picture of hands and back where the pain originated. It is a roll-on medicine that is being apply externally.

NO, I don't have, but my mother-in-law has. I bought this medicine for her. We call it "yoko-yoko".

i still don't have arthritis but my dad and mom does.. :) now, my mom is trying apple cider vinegar for a week now.. and, she's feeling well.. she hasn't experienced pain for a week now.. and, as claimed, it has more health effects other than relief of arthritis.. my dad on the other hand takes this chinese medicine.. and i don't know the name.. it's from this store in chinatown..

Hi, Does your mom use "Bragg" vinegar? I have heard that is very good for your health. Can you ask you Dad the name of medicine he uses and write back here? Thank you!

If you feel stiffness in the morning prefer warm baths. Make a light exercise, and good diet. Avoid preservative foods, soya and sprouted beans.
