do you like car exhibits?

yesterday, hubby & i went to see the woodward dream cruise 2008. its an annual event that pays tribute to car enthusiast & collectors of special types of vehicles. It features thousands & thousands of muscle cars,classic 60's cars or even older.
im ok with it, pretty interesting for me...but my husband had a blast of a wonderful time. he enjoyed it so much. maybe its a guy thing to love cars. how about you? do you enjoy such kind of activites? are you willing to walk miles & miles to see different cars on the street?

It is not just for guys cause I am a girl and I love cars. I have been enthusiate of cars for quite sometime now. I love everything about them. I love the classics and of course american muscle. I do however like some imports but I rather go with the muscle. My brother a buddy of ours and myself went to a Truck & Tractor pull yesterday and I must say that we all had a blast. Got tons of great pictures and of course videos. Will be looking foward to next year.

I bet I would of loved it. I love going to shows like that. Truck and Tractor pulls, mud bogs, burnout comps anything like that.

oh i saw those kind of trucks in the exhibit! its like a 16 mile stretch of different cars...im sure if u were there you''l enjoy the walk,Lol.

i like to see the old cars, brings back alot of good memories. don't care a thing about the new ones. i couldn't walk miles & miles to see anything any more.lol by the way they ate the blue berries out of the freezer on their cereal. they would take out a small amount at the time & let them thaw to eat on their cereal.

the cars are beautiful but the walk made me exhausted...
i will thry to thaw it on my cereal, that'll be like eating an icecold cereal,lol

I guess it's mostly a guy thing, but I love muscle cars. Every time I see one I have to slow down and look (if it's safe lol). I love going to classic car shows, and looking at all the restored cars. I have just as much fun at one as my boyfriend does! lol But, I have always loved cars, guess I got that from my dad. My boyfriend bought an '07 Mustang GT, he refers to it as 'your car', I drive it more than he does! lol It is a blast to drive. There is nothing that sounds better than a muscle car, 1950's to 1960's, big engines, the exhaust systems on them. Guess you can tell I love cars and I'm alllll female! lol

seems like you know a lot about these cars =)
it really depends on how interested you are, walking just to see all those cars made me exhausted, but since the hubby enjoys, i enjoy too =)

I can appreciate a nice car, but I don't think I could appreciate them enough to want to go to a car show. I actually was a hostess/greeter at a motorcycle show when I was 16 though.
